Privacy and personal data
syndLink, provided by ENZZUP LLC, supports condominium management on the web and in the mobile app. For questions about your account or data, write to contact@syndlink.com.
The information we use
Your account contains your name, email address and, if provided, phone number. Residence spaces contain units, their owners and tenants, occupancy periods, contributions, payments, documents and exchanges recorded by authorized users. This information is used to manage residences, assign access, track their financial position and communicate with members.
Google, Microsoft and Apple sign-in
These sign-in methods are optional. We use the identifier supplied by the service, your name and email to create an account or find a link you explicitly authorized. We do not request access to your messages, contacts or files from these services. A Google confirmation may authorize a specific account action; it does not change your residence permissions.
Apple authorization information needed for later revocation is stored encrypted on the server. Provider keys and secrets are not included in the mobile app. If you hide your email with Apple, the relay address replaces your personal address in the account.
Who can access the data
Access to residence information depends on your roles and assignments in that space. Its manager controls these permissions. The service is hosted by Hostinger. Encrypted backups are copied to a dedicated Google Drive folder and retained for 30 days. The Google sign-in project has no access to that backup folder.
Sessions and your phone
The site uses cookies required for the session and form protection. The app remembers display preferences and keeps its access in your phone’s secure storage. Biometrics are optional: your fingerprint or face is processed by your device’s system; syndLink does not receive your fingerprint or biometric image.
Removing sign-in methods and deleting your account
From My account, you can remove a social sign-in method, set a password or request account deletion after confirming your identity. A sole manager must first transfer management of their spaces. Deletion removes the sign-in identity and its access; residence financial entries, management actions and property records are retained with an anonymized account author.
Owner and tenant information in these records is separate from the sign-in profile: contact the residence manager and contact@syndlink.com for requests about this information.
When usable Apple authorization has been retained, its removal is submitted to Apple. For older links without that authorization, the app explains how to remove it in your Apple account settings. Earlier copies may remain in backups until they expire. Restoration takes place in an isolated environment before any decision to return data to service.
Your requests
To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact contact@syndlink.com and identify the account and residence concerned. Identity verification may be required. The residence may need to retain management records and financial documents to meet its obligations; we will explain how your request can be handled.
Exchange protection and reports
We retain the version of the guidelines you accepted and the acceptance date. If you report content or an author, the reason, your details and the content reference are sent to authorized residence managers. They can review the original content and record their decision. This information is not published in residence exchanges.
Your personal blocks are associated with your account and the residence concerned. They hide blocked authors’ comments from your view without changing management records, financial entries or other users’ permissions. You can remove a block from Exchange safety.
For a request concerning a report, a moderation decision or the associated data, contact contact@syndlink.com and specify the residence concerned. Decisions and references needed for management follow-up remain subject to the retention rules applicable to residence records.
