syndLink community guidelines
These guidelines apply to the texts, comments, images and documents you publish in syndLink residence workspaces. You must accept them before contributing. They do not change your management permissions, financial obligations or access granted in each residence.
Respectful exchanges
Threats, harassment, insults, hate, discrimination and illegal sexual or violent content are prohibited. Do not publish content that endangers children, encourages illegal activities or aims to deceive other users.
Useful and authorized content
Share only information relevant to the residence and documents you have permission to share. Respect privacy, copyright and confidentiality. Do not publish passwords, access codes, full banking details or personal information without a legitimate reason.
Abusive advertising, repetitive messages, impersonation and attempted fraud are prohibited. Check the recipients and visibility of your attachments before publishing.
Report and block
Use Report on a record, comment or document to describe inappropriate content or behavior. Authorized residence managers can review the report and hide shared content. You can also contact contact@syndlink.com.
Blocking an author hides their comments from your own view. Official notices, management records and financial entries remain accessible according to your permissions. Blocking does not remove another user’s management permissions.
Handling abuse
A report does not automatically delete content. It is reviewed within the residence. Managers can hide inappropriate content; records retained for management and accounting remain subject to the service’s access and retention rules.
